PROFESSIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

Concentric Methods and its corporate staff have a long history of providing professional administrative services to clients in the Armed Forces, the government and in the commercial world. CM is currently providing these types of services to:

Specific areas of professional administrative support include:

Secretary & Administrative Assistants: We have been providing administrative support services for over 14 years to our government and commercial clients. Our employees furnish the backbone organizational support that is key to the day to day function of an office environment

Human Resources: Our employees provide administrative liaison roles between the headquarter offices and the satellite locations for agencies and their employees. Our staff prepares for, organizes, manages, and executes human resource related “fairs”, and training efforts. We administer mission critical communication between agencies and their staff to insure proper and efficient workforce function

Financial Services: We have employees on staff and experience sourcing for applicants that have extensive Accounting, Auditing and Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) experience

Paralegals: We have over 10 years of legal experience in our staff. Our staff has the ability to answer to the legal needs of our clients and provide the necessary skills

Data Entry Technicians: Our staff has the skills to review information, determine the key points important for a given assignment and key that information into a database for further analysis and research

Supply Technicians: This position performs aspects of technical supply management work (e.g., inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization) related to depot, local, or other supply activities. Assignments require: a good working knowledge of the governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines, an understanding of the needs of the organization serviced, and analytical ability to define or recognize the dimension of the problems involved, to collect the necessary data to establish the facts, and take or recommend action based upon application or interpretation of established guidelines.

Shipping and Receiving Clerks: The Shipping/Receiving Clerk performs clerical and physical tasks in connection with shipping goods of the establishment in which employed and receiving incoming shipments. Shipping duties typically involve the following: verifying that orders are accurately filled by comparing items and quantities of goods gathered for shipment against documents; insuring that shipments are properly packaged, identified with shipping information, and loaded into transporting vehicles, and preparing and keeping records of goods shipped, e.g., manifests, bills of lading. Receiving duties typically involve the following: verifying the correctness of incoming shipments by comparing items and quantities unloaded against bills of lading, invoices, manifests, storage receipts, or other records, checking for damaged goods, insuring that goods are appropriately identified for routing to departments within the establishment, and preparing and keeping records of goods received.
