LOGISTICS

CM has the comprehensive experience, qualified and available personnel, and corporate expertise to provide the most advantageous contracting solution to our customer’s logistics needs. We bring our core logistics competency in providing program management and analysis, maintenance, supply and distribution management services to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. CM has a strong management team that understands logistics. We are currently providing logistics contract support services to the Department of the Army, Veterans Administration and the National Institute of Health.

Management and Analysis:
Logistics Program Management & Analysis: We provide logistics program management and analysis support at the strategic, operational and tactical levels. We are capable of providing research, analytical, technical, process improvement, studies, speechwriting, administrative and program management contractor support.

Equipment Maintenance:
Biomedical Technicians: Using blueprints, schematic drawings, technical manuals, wiring diagrams and other specifications our staff modifies, troubleshoots, maintains, tests, calibrates, adjusts and overhauls a wide variety of medical, laboratory and dental equipment. This maintenance is undertaken on a broad scope of equipment types ranging from chemical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to vacuum, suction and pressure machinery.

Supply Management:
Chemical Inventory Management Specialists: We have assisted with the chemical inventory setup in laboratory environments and provided system training for such. Furthermore, using barcodes, scanners, and computer programs, our staff implemented a new chemical inventory system by identifying and cataloging items of supply and property in a computer program and ultimately applying RFID technology.

Distribution and Transportation:
Property Distribution Management: Our staff provided property, material and equipment distribution management to relocate four medical clinics. Tasks included the reinstallation of equipment and furnishings and the consolidation and coordination of the disposition of excess material goods with the Defense Reutilization Marketing Office.
