IT SERVICES
Concentric Methods provides the full range of IT support to our customer’s. Customers include:
- The United States Air Force Academy (USAFA)
- The United States Census Bureau
Specific areas of IT support services include:
Network, Server and Database Engineering and Administration: Design, install and maintain LAN/WAN (and associated devices), over 40 servers and numerous databases. Support ranges from systems integration to implementation.
Web and Application Development and Management: Provide intranet/ Internet and application development and maintenance activities in support of customer’s needs and strategic business and communication objectives.
Telecommunication Services: Support telecommunication services to include cellular/land-line phones, pagers, LMRs, Blackberries and telephony services and associated networks, HW and SW.
IM/IT Training Services: Provide training support to end user for HW/SW and applications. Training includes: Master Training plan, instruction, materials, outlines, manuals, completion certificates, assessment forms and other aids as needed.
Inventory (Asset) Management: Maintain and support an inventory of all HWSW and SW. Includes equipment I.D. labeling, status reporting, and disposal. Maintain warranty information on HW/WS and correct in accordance with warranties.
Technical Manuals (TMs): Provide project management, technical writing and editing in support of development and deployment of TMs. Work with SW developers and develop TMs and user guides.
Help Desk (all levels): Provide help desk support services to over 1,000 users. Services include: PCs, SW, peripheral devices, biometric and smartcard devices in a local area, wide area network (LAN/WAN) environment and VTC.
